Personal data
On this demo, the forms neither send nor store anything: your answers stay in your browser and disappear when you leave the page.
On a real site, this is what we would state. Controller: the organising association (fictional). Purpose: managing your registration (badge, workshop capacity, welcome). Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Data collected: your profile (individual, business or local authority), your days, your workshops, your first and last name and email address and, if you provide them, your accessibility needs. This last field may reveal health information: it is optional, restricted to the welcome team and deleted after the event.
Recipients: the organising team only. Retention: 3 months after the event, then deletion. For the 2028 alert: your email address until the alert is sent, then deletion.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by writing to donnees@rencontres-numeriques-maine.example (fictional address). You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Accessibility
This demo is designed to be usable with a keyboard and a screen reader: checked contrasts, dark theme, high contrast, adjustable text size, a countdown that is not announced every second, animations turned off if your device asks for it.
It is checked by automated tests (axe, WCAG 2.2 level AA) but has not had a full accessibility audit.
